    Troop Transfer

I think that you should be able to transfer troops from your comand to your teammates if you want to, like  in co-op mode this would add a new level of strat's for online game play. Am i the only one who thinks this would be a good idea and uping the amount of troops you can have to 100 per person or if you team mates resigns in the middle of a match you should be able to pick up the numer of troop slots that you lost when he resigned. that way if you still lose it is because you lost due to having a bad strat

    Re: Troop Transfer

The population limit is fine how it is, 100 would be way too much.  How would transferring units work anyway?  If one person is Forge and the other is the Arbiter, could Forge keep making grizzlies and transfer them all to his teammate so you could have two maxed out populations of them?  This would eliminate the whole balance of super units and Covenant being better early game and UNSC late game.  If your teammate gets eliminated, and it's 1v2 you deserve to lose unless you can beat them fairly.  In unarranged games, good players would just let their teammates die so they can get a higher population limit, which is more useful than some teammates are.

    Re: Troop Transfer

Everyone could transfer units to Anders for her to upgrade them and then send them back. It would be weird.

    Re: Troop Transfer

yeah it could be weird but it would bring a different dynamic to the game. how off guard would you be to see a sparta tank roll in with covy sheild since you gave them your troops

    Re: Troop Transfer

Oh great Raptor Jesus...Arby could transfer a fully-upgraded Wraith to Anders so that she could put a fully-upgraded Spartan in it and...and create a Wrath of God tank...

    Re: Troop Transfer

oh, and for more added nonsense, let's allow spartans to jack scarabs and vultures while we're at it. no no no, let's allow spartans to jack infantry weapons. imagine a spartan tearing off a hunter's arm and use the assualt beam.

    Re: Troop Transfer

well in the campain mode i get to jack a scarab and if they transfered one to you and u were unsc you could put a spartian in the scarab that would be crazyness but it would make online play alot more fun for a mid to end game

OK dude, those ideas would ruin the whole balance o the game. Just because they add "a whole new dynamic" doesn't mean that dynamic is good. In fact it would make the game terrible.

    No offense btw

    Re: Troop Transfer

    You guys misunderstood his idea.

He said when someone on your team resigned their current troop population would be added to his unresigned teammates.   This would be only a population limit transfer, not the actual transfer of the quitters troops.

    Re: Troop Transfer

Well yeah i am sure there are flaws in the concept, but all ideas or concepts at first have to be scrubed over to make them work or incorporate effectively so that it would work
