it really isn't that hard to make maps, and on another note the very little amount of maps we the gamers have to play , whilst playing an RTS is just , well it makes it hard to keep the players playing

well i do believe that's exactly why they dont have a phantom, BUT on the other hand i think leaders should lose the ability to warp troops to do them and  in return of that have phantoms costing the same as pelicans. and pelicans should be increased in speed by like 10% =D
