unsc uses recycling more than any other leader for the fact that it boosts the economy to get units out faster.  reactors are the most recycled thing after you reseach canister for tanks you simply recylce and double pump tanks.  gauss problem is solved and only needs nerfing in 2v2 in 3v3 canister tanks anihalate guass and so does ...
