drugiS:Skill level doesn't mean jack. Never ever use it to determine skill. Skill level = Win/Loss % The more you win generally = the better you are So skill level does prove skill. you're not going to find many top 100 players with less than 50% win ration

I like it, this way you would get a proper reward for beating boosters. Right now if you beat a booster who's Party TS is like 22, you lose TS
