A fully upgraded Cyro Bomb will kill your Engineers and freeze your Scarab, followed up by a 4x MAC Blast. Coordination with leader powers will take this down, as well as 3 Spartan Cobras (God help you if they are 13 stars, they take down Scarabs in 2-3 shots.) and a pop full of Wolverines.

All upgrades increase Attack and Health by 15%. Adding a Deacon is the same as adding a Medic. Medic's heal Marines outside of combat. Deacons (And I am saying this out of memory) add more attack power to the Grunt squad. Upgrade gives 15% more attack and the Deacon gives a bonus attack percentage.

Personally, I dont find a problem with the damage a Cobra deals or the amount of hits it can take. I think the Cobas should have their deployed turrets turn faster bacause it is REALLY slow. Do Covenant Leader Ability upgrades (Rage, Cleansing Beam, Vortex) increase the respective leader's attack and defense?

This is believeable, but only in one situation. Vultures Megabarraged it when it had really low health.
