We took a good hard look at the Brute Chopper and while we are still concerned about buffing it to much, we did decide that the damage against air craft was not where a scout unit should be.
As such we are buffing Brute Chopper auto-cannon damage to do more damage to air units at the same rate as other scout units.

On the Brute chopper we have discussed if we want to buff it, but our feeling at the moment is that the Brute Chieftain is quite good as it is and buffing the Brute chopper may well make the leader become over powered.
The brute chopper is not useless as it can still be used early game to bully the other scouts in order to out collect ...

Elecbound:Units in cover gain a *2 multiplier for damage.
That only applies to the grunt squad and the marine squad.
All infantry do gain resistance to damage though.

Teknishun:Marines: 44 = 11 *4
New Blood: 55 = 11*5
RPG: 68.75 = 11*1.25*5
Medic: 82.5 = 11*1.25*6
ODST: 103.1 = 11*1.25*1.25*6

I have updated the frint post as well, but here are the quick final notes.
Final:: Gauss damage with a 0.6 modifier (down from 0.8), which is a 50.0% damage boost instead of a 100% damage boost against tanks over earlier warthogs.
Final:: Warthogs will take 3 additional seconds to the build (25 seconds).
