    Build order and placement is important. Playing on instinct will only get you so far. You need to have a plan to reach the highest levels. Even a crappy plan is better than no plan.     The problem with going temple first is that your opponent can force a win if they know what they are doing. If hogs attack your base while you try to capture the resource/reactor, you are going to lose more money than if you went warehouse x2 first cause the hogs will keep taking down your buildings.     i used to beat some high ranking Anders players only spamming flamers+cyclops. When Anders is distracted, sneak an army of flamers and cyclops to her base.     Anders will actually get owned even more on hook maps, especially on blood gulch. Anders will capture the reactors, Forge should go for the resource elevators first.     yeah, they should be tech 0. That would actually balance out the gremlins if forge could build cyclops at tech 0 and with faster spawn times.

    You guys need to rethink the gremlin nerf. I&#39;ll post a paragraph tomorrow with details. &nbsp; The gremlin is OP, but without it, Anders would be UP. There needs to be a more balanced nerf, that or buff Cutter/Forge.

    The Fuhrer: why doesn&#39;t forge just completely own cutter now in 1v1 then? it will be just like anders after the patch but without ever having gremlins. he saves 400 but anders will get that if she buys 3-4 upgrades which which will be very likely on hooked maps. forge has a slow start and anders does not, she can still use hooks to out ...
