    A possible solution could be to give rockets ridiculous range versus air. However, I doubt it&#39;s possible to do that without making their range ridiculous in general.

    &nbsp;Deathmatch is unbalanced, as it in a lot of ways emulates the late stages of a Skirmish match. Not only does that mean that certain leaders are overpowered, but also that most hooks are pretty useless. UNSC economic bonuses are nullified too.     If you want long drawn out matches, play standard. If you want balance, play standard.
