1. Will some equipment be available for use for particular units when they use their secondary attack? Will there be any equipment use in Halo Wars such as the use of shield grenades and land mines et cetera?

I doubt it is a warship, a warship would be used to engage enemy vessels... the SoF would not be able to handle that kind of battle. It doesn't have the structural integrity to be a warship.

Then again they didn't always jump and for them to traverse by land to other destinations they would have had to go through the deep swampy marsh which would have inevitably been within the vicinity of the swamp that 343 Guilty Spark occupied. I doubt they would have much trouble going through a deep swamp land, they're agile and strong. ...

The size scale in the game is off from it's true scale.
