Heres an idea.  Just retro-fit a mini-mach gun to an elephant, that will should hurt just fine.

I believe the UNSC would anniliated any ground units because of long range weapons and soldiers like Master Chief.  In space it really hard to say but I still say UNSC because if they launched a cordintated attack their Mach guns would give Star Trek a beating and lets not forget the Orbital Defence Platforms.

I think everyone's thinking it, and just saying it.  What would a Halo Battlefront look like?  I believe it would look interesting, imagne yourself as a UNSC soldier on a warthog an suddenly you blow up, you survive(amazingly) and fly off in a Pelican.  Think of all the posiblities.
