That's just about the first suggestion for the next part of the halo story that I've liked. Well done to you sir.

I've completed them both. Bfme2 on PC and CnC3 on Xbox360. I really liked CnC3 but Abbadon's right, the menus and the controls for them were awful.

I don't hold that against you. I haven't read them either. But you could have asked someone who had what the deal is with the forerunners. What you did is like watching 2 star wars films and then telling other people what happened in the other 4. Do you see what I mean?

Reading this thread is ten minutes of my life I won't get back.
1. Would people read the entire thread before commenting or it goes in circles...repeatedly.
2. Don't guess at things when they are written down in the books and games. If you don't know something, find it out or ask someone, don't just make something up and argue ...

Although it would be pretty cool to have interaction between the player and ambient life, it would be really really cool if you occasionally saw them hunting each other and interacting in a 'natural' way. ie Herd walking about, predators following at a distance then a chase and a kill.

If you've played another similar bungie game, Marathon, you'd see quite a few similarities. I know it's not the same universe but I wouldn't be suprised if AI in Halo went mad (or 'rampant') after being active for too long.

Ensemble can do whatever they want as far as I'm concerned as long as the UNSC campaign is the shizzle. Multiplayer as covenant could be fun but I'm buying it for the campaign.

It's more entertaining than what n00bs do. If you don't like it, don't read it.

Nice. Hunter's should be immortal I think. Wouldn't the things that they're made up of just keep multiplying to replace themselves?

I don't think AoM was very historically accurate. If it was then I really should have paid attention in history class.
