were there Forerunner thingys on Harvest?????

I'm confussed...in the x06 trailer and the in game demo thingy there are forerunner structures... but such structures only appered on the Halos that where found in 2552 and on Onyx (discovered around 2525)... but Halo Wars is played during 2531 and on none of the Halos or Onyx!!??!?!??! Am i right or just dizzy???? Please help me with this ...
