This is a guide for fine gentlemen that have trouble getting a high trueskill in 3v3 teams.
Combo's
These are the high level combo's that most top players use:Arby/Arby/Forge
Arby/Brute/Forge
Arby/Cutter/Forge
Arby/Forge/Forge
These combo's that I have listed will guarantee you to win 100% against people with 34 trueskill or lower if played correctly. Ounce you start to verse higher level players it will be harder and you will lose some, unless you perfect it which barely anyone has except a few people in Domination.
If you are wondering why the Arbiter and Forge is included in all the combo's, its because they are essential to win against high level play.The Arby is essential because of his leader power(rage) and if used right he can kill entire army's. Forge is essential because of the amount of money he gets, and he can feed(give resources) his ally's and his economy will not get FU#@. Cutter works aswell but he just quite as good as forge.
If you guys hate rushing, get used to it because it's a must in all strategie games to win.
Strategies
Arby/ArbyForge: V Arby/Brute/Forge- Forge:Fort DeenThe forge must go flamers on these maps and against this combo because of 2 covie players and is a must because warthogs are too easy to get raged down and then you can't stop the rush. First off go Sp, B Sp,Sp,Sp. As soon as the barracks comes up start 2 make flamers and set your base rallypoint to your covies base at the front, On fort deen, send a flamer 1 by one to both of your covies bases, if u see both of them attacking or just one of the enemy's covie attacking send all of them to your covies base thats getting attacked. You do this to ensure that no matter what, your covies base will be protected and will not leave it vulnerable to a suicide grunt/carpet bomb rush.
While your B is coming up, scout and see what the enemy is doing. If you notice that none of them are defending and the covies base is lockdown, and also if the forge has no hogs or barracks up and already has a reactor up this problably means they are doing a suicide grunt/Brute/Carpet bomb rush. If you notice this, tell your covie to upgrade there bases because it give's the base more health and it will not die. If you have plenty of flamers with you and one of your Ally arbiter's with you it shouldn't die because the flamers will kill the suicide grunts and the arby will be raging them aswell.
Anyway back on track, ounce you know which base they are attacking, send all your flamers and defend the base. Your ally Arbiter will be helping you defend so it shouldn't be a problem.If you notice hogs tell your Ally Arby to go rage them down. Keep your Flamers and Arby together at all times as it leaves the flamers defenseless. If they are raging and vortexing them down, don't worry keep making them and keep them together with your arby they don't have unlimited economy so just keep sending them to the Arby and Brute, if they spawn a few suicide grunts/brutes kill them first. Oh and at the start make about 6 or 7 flamers to start off with. The trick is not to make too many flamers as it will effect your economy to much. When you have the money to upgrade your base, upgrade it then go Sp,R. Then upgrade the reactor to advanced reactor. Ounce you believe you have the situation under control, tell your Ally arby to go through the teleporter and go help his other Arby ally out. At about the 3 to 4 minute mark, tell one of your arby players to make a suicide grunt and they will send it to a rebel base and it will destroy is straight away.
Ounce the Enemy covy are gone, destroy the B and make a VD and start building tanks, and send your flamers to kill the marines that are still left at the rebel base, then send them to the enenmy covie base to either help your covie or just let them get killed because you want that population for your tanks. Build on it and go Sp,Sp,R and research canister. Then upgrade it and go VD,Sp and start double pumping tanks. Don't send your tanks out in the open because the enemy arbiter can rage them down, enemy tanks can get them, and banshee's can kill them with ease, you want as many as you can as quick as you can. Just keep them at your base and use them to defend if they attack. Ounce you have about 7 or 8 save up money then destroy a supply pad and get another R up, Then research Power Turret. Keep the reactor up incase the enemy destroy's the VD thats reasearching it, ounce you have it, destroy it and put another Sp in it's place.
Keep your tanks with your Ally arby's and vampires at all times because they are alot stronger together. Go for Expansions(places where the enemy has built a new base) and destroy them first. If you find enemy army's by themselves, attack them as you will easilly destroy it together.
Always go for enemy covie bases first as the have less health and will get destroyed in seconds. GG
Exile: Do the same thing except at about the 3 to 4 minute mark you need to expand, preferably the spare base at the right of person in the middle on your side.Except dont upgrade your main base until you have your second base. On the second base go Sp, Sp, R. Then ounce you have defended the rush and you have at least 6 flamers send them to the reactor at the back on your side and destoy you B for a R. Clear the reactors and make sure you go for the sniper first at the reactors, because they are anti-infantry and you will not have enough flamers to clear the other reactor. You can tell that they are snipers because they are in a group of 2 and shoot a blue beam. Then at your main base upgrade it and go VD, Sp and start building tanks, then on your second base, upgrade it and go VD, Sp and research canister shell, then research power turret.by about 9 or 10 miniutes you should have a full pop of Power Turret tanks. And do the same thing as Fort deen with your tanks. GG
Arby(Defend)- Fort Deen/Exile: FYI On exile, if your base is at the back you must defend.1 Arby must defend to help defend the rush, because you must protect the flamers from harrasment from hogs and hack at the enemy arby or brute. As the defending arby you should go Wh,T, Wh,Wh,Wh. As soon as the T gets up get Fiendish Return because it make the arby defense and attack stronger which is what you need to defend. If it's your base getting rushed then don't upgrade your Wh because they will be a waste of time if the enemy kills them. If it's not your base just upgrade all your Wh as quick as you can. Just defend the flamers from hogs and hack at enemy covie leaders Arby/Brute. Soon your Forge ally will ask 1 of you 2 to make a suicide grunt. That will be you because you will have alot more money then the attacking Arby ally, and send it to a rebel base and make sure your suicide grunts path finding doesn't lead it too the rebel turret because it won't destroy the rebel base first hit for some dumb reason.
Then ounce the rush is defended preety we'll let your ally's flamers defend and go through the teleporter and help attack with you teammate. While attacking make 1 or 2 suicide grunts and run them in too enemy Wh or if they have Sm up get them instead. Always scout with your ghost to see if there are any expansions that the enemy has, if they do go there straight away and destroy them with your Arby. If the base has 2 building on it already as your ally arby to help rage it down, if theres one you will be fine to do it by yourself. Ounce all your Wh are upgraded, get citadel for your base and go Wh, Sm and when you have 1000 resources get age of doubt and start pumping Vampires. send them straight to your Forge's expansion so no banshee's can destroy it. ounce you have like 5 or 6 get your arby upgraded to 2nd tech(all the upgrades age of doubt has) and start raging every unit you see, especially tanks. Kill as many tanks you can so your forge will win the tank battle. ounce you win that, it's gameover for them. Just remember they have 1 distruption bomb which cancels your leader power so be carefull for him not to get canister shelled. On exile you can instead of upgrading to Age Of Doubt, make a suicide grunt and send him to your reactors that your forge has cleared and put him in. You will have alot better economy but sometimes you can't do it because you need the vamps ASAP. GG
Arby(Offensive) -Fort deen/Exile: On exile, if your base is at the front you must Attack. Go Sp,T,Sp,Sp,Sp. As soon as the T gets up go to the enemy's base(On fort Deen go through the teleporter which is located in the middle of the bases, don't worry about the marines and send him straigh through) and get Fiendish Return, don't upgrade and Sp untill you know your base iin't the won getting attacked. Go over to the enemy covies base and start hacking at the Wh's. If you see a shield generater being made go for it and destroy i, if you think you won't make it in time attack the main base and shield wont go up. Then start hacking Supply pads, every 45 or so seconds hit the base again so the shield doesn't go up, and spawn 3 or maybe 4 suicide grunts in, you don't want your eco being messed up. Upgrade Sp and go to citadel then go Sp,Sm and get Age of Doubt and vampires. And do the same thing as arby(Defend). GG
Forge-Frozen Valley: Do the same thing on fort deen but on this map go Sp,Sp,R and make warthogs, you will have 4 and upgrade to gunner. You need to collect about 3 or 4 resources to go R 3rd so keep collecting DON'T LOSE YOUR HOGS, becareful of arbiters and enemy warthogs. When you get gunner go straight to the brutes base and stay at the fron't of the base. Most of the time top players will there bases in lockdown. Ounce you see it opening, brutes will come out and you need to ram the brutes so you kill them before they get in the teleporter. Ounce your Ally Arby arrives at the base go to another covie base and harass his wharehouse, and try to make him spawn back, when he does run away. If you see enemy warthogs, ask you ally Arby to rage them down for you. Then a base will be clear for you because of a suicide grunt and build on it. Go Sp,B,Sp and make 1 marine and put him in the reactor and research canister shell. Then destroy the B and make a VD and start Double Pumping tanks. Upgrade the base and go Sp, Sp. Ounce you have 7 or 8 tank save up for 750 and get your 3rd reactor and get Power Turret. Do the same thing as on Fort Deen and Exile and its gg.
Arby(Defend)- Frozen Valley- Same thing except go Wh,Wh,T and get 1 front turret and upgrade it too anti-infanty.
Arby(Offensive)-Frozen Vally Same thing except as Arby(defend) but get spitefull rage and go Warthog hunting. Once the enemy hogs are destroyed go Harass the enemy covie GG.
You guys need to learn Micro to have a chance against top players but you will learn through experiance.
