It seems like Microsoft and Halo Waypoint put a strong emphasis on community yet when it comes to Halo Wars cheating can happen regularly with no fear of any consequences. We the consumer spent a ton of money on the game and downloadable content and most of us play this game for fun yet a few who ruin it for everyone. If this was another halo game like Halo 3 the companies behind it would step up and do something about it. They would show their loyalty to the paying customer and try and police this game as best as they can. Not Halo Wars. They said thanks for the money you spent and now we no longer care about you. Case and point.

 My friend was playing a non arranged 2v2 Deathmatch. He was going against a no name MirriCatWarrior. My friends name is KiiNG Caboose and his teammate was Prophets 10inch. They were all Prophet of Regrets. As soon as the game started Prophets 10inch started beaming his own teammates base in order to let his friend  MirriCatWarrior get the win.

 After hearing about this I looked up  MirriCatWarrior and noticed he is ranked 14th in 2v2 non arranged deathmatch and he came out of nowhere as he wasnt even ranked in the top 100 a month ago. I reviewed some of his recent games and saw he had been doing this frequently and this is how he has ranked up like he did.

He and is friend search eachother out. If they get on the same team they win. If they are on different teams his friend beams his teammates base. See this is different then boosting. I noticed that  MirriCatWarrior also boosted on 1v1 but this is by just having his friend resign on him. What they do in 2v2 non arranged is cheating and it ruins the game for the few of us who still try and play this game legit.

 Ive given Microsoft and the Halo franchise alot of money over the years and you would think they would still support the games that I spent my hard earned money on. They have obviously shown that once they get there money from us they don't care anymore what our gaming experience is like. That don't care who cheats in their games. So cheaters have fun because Halo Wars is a game you can cheat on with no fear of anything happening. Microsoft has already gotten our money.

I had a boosting team try this against me in UA DM a while back. If King Caboose was truly pro, he would've pulled off the 3v1. ;P

Maybe but it still dosn't make cheating right. I have had this happen to me as well and have also beaten it but once again it dosn't make it right. I have 3 accounts in the top 35 for non arranged all legitimate. My game stats can be searched through up and down and there will be no evidence of cheating. Boosting is one thing but if you go into a non arranged game you should not have to worry about your own teammate beaming your base.

 Let's not forget if the prophet is beaming your main base you cannot build any buildings. Sure you can go build other bases and start building on that new base but it wouldn't get built until 1:30 then if have to choose to build a shield or a factory. Either way you couldn't get your fist wraith out until about 2:15. If the guy on the other team knows what he is doing he should have 6 wraiths out before you get your first wraith out not to mention his own teammate is also expanding. This becomes an almost impossible situation if the two people know what they are doing.

But if he should have won or not it is still cheating and it's sad that Halo waypoint and Microsoft allow this after taking all of our money but still do not support the game for a fair and enjoyable experience.

I know, it's nearly impossible to win in that scenario. The one time it happened to me, the non-booster player on the other team was a recruit, and the two boosters weren't very good, so I lucked out (kinda).

These types of boosters should be banned from XBL, no joke. Normal boosters should just get their TS infected with a TS virus that makes their TS go down by .1 every 24 hours.

Ok DsA me and MirriCatWarrior are two i'd say known players for this generation of the leaderboard MirriCatWarrior and Me was legit 24th and 31st place me and him have been there for the last month and a half ok.

So heres how it started the other day i read a thread on the leaderboards reseting and then another thread the Gal Freebird wrote and it said heres how to boost blah blah i then thought ok F##k it im going to boost my way onto the unarranged leaderboard so we did we were fed up with getting boosted against to so we said well do it and get top 15 were only like 12 spaces away legitly ask slayer i stopped playing on Prophets 10inch ages ago it only been active this week.

So you say we werent in the top 100 hundred for UA 2v2 were basicly in the top 40 or every other DM playlists which are legit and why are we legit because Prophets 10 inch has only been active this week weve never boosted before and we thought give it a try in UA before the leaderboard reset ask any of the people we know we are legit 43 and nearly 45 in PT legit 44's in 1v1 ive never lost to u in 2v2 PT ive lost to you 1nce in UA and have beat you in 1v1 with a better record

So F##k you beecaus you know were not the greates but were good we play with alot of the "DM Pros" and were not known ok?

And also sending me like 3 messages and when i said go post a thread on HWF you sad F##k and you actually did then you replied "Thats not all i do to boosters" so whn you goona post a thread about the 1v1 DM leaderboards sent em any messages lately? no you havent coz u only play UA and 2v2 PT now dont you coz u got 1 friend thats dumb enuff to play with you and when hes not on' your loosing in UA so F##k YOU!!

Well you said im a "DM Scrub" but you know i got better like everyone does you know i nearly got my 45 in 2v2 PT and you and I Kankersore I are the two still that i havent beat as a party in DM 2v2 i basicly can keep my up game against I kankersore and anyone else he plays with but ive never managed to beat you both as a team

 I coudn't agree with you more Ronin. I always respected you as you are one of the few that although I don't know you I do know you have never boosted. You don't need to boost because everyone who is anybody knows how good you are. I am sure at least you can remember when this game use to be fun when there was no boosting and people just played to play.

Boosting has been around for awhile now and it use to be good people who boosted just to get there 50's. Now I see no names boosting and it blows my mind. Goes to show you that with boosting anyone can pretend to be good.
