I'd say it is the work of fantasies...it's wrong on many different levels.

Oh, and the Ascendant Justice has been taken, yes?

Yes the name has been taken.

It's the same scenario as the title Enterprise. The name is on a sci-fi vessel, a nuclear powered aircraft carrier, and other various vehicles.

The previous ship bearing the name was destroyed, new ship is designed and created, new ship needs a name, Justice sounds good, yes?

Hey, AC, I'm a writer...I can easily research cool-sounding big words.

    lol

How about you switch out that already-taken name for a custom one?

Just tell me: What do you want your ship to represent?

    INS Emancipator

The Emancipator alone can impose the will of the Imperium of Man on any Alien fleet she wished. Not a carrier in the traditional sense, the Emancipator had almost all of its interior space consumed by the massive weapon systems that ran the length of the ship. She had three NOVA cannons that could fire a slug large enough to punch through a planet's crust. At the Battle of Kronus, the Emancipator took on a Necron Cairn-class Tombship and won. This Ascendant Justice of yours would be a walk in the park.

    3 NOVA Cannons

    28 Banked Heavy Plasma Destructors

    400 Point defense Scorch cannons

    Hundreds of Torpedo tubes

Dude, that's freaking retarded. If you're suggesting that the NOVA things fire Nova bombs, it would be FARRRR too expensive.

Also, you could accidentally destroy yourself, turn a moon to dust, and ravage an entire planet with one shot.

    FAIL

    No...

NOVA cannons are the Imperium of Man's version of a MAC cannon, but unlike UNSC Mac's which have an annoying tendacy to bounce off Covenant shields, these shots would punch through two or three Covenant ships lined up, or the crust of a planet.

Yes, you can anhilliate entire countries with these shots. Maybe even continents, and change the Eco-system of the planet forever. The Imperium also has a nasty habit of using them for an Exterminatus. Look up "Exterminatus" if you want a better idea.

Also, a commander is only given command of a ship like Emancipator after decades of fleet service. They wouldn't "accidentally destroy themselves"

    Oh, okay, my apologies.

How big is this ship? And, what universe is it from? (f.e. Halo, Star Wars, etc.)

That is what it is supposed to represent.

Anything less than a supercarrier/ZPM-powered hive (http://stargate.wikia.com/wiki/ZPM_powered_Hive_Ship) is dead.

    Is that enough information?

    Re: This is my ship

It's from the Warhammer universe. (note that there is a ship named Emancipator in Star Wars, but it is not this ship)

It is a modified Imperial Apocalypse-class Battleship.

EDIT: NOVA cannons are reported to have anhilliated entire clusters of escort vessels in a single shot.
