Broken Disc Caused By Halo Wars Limited Edition Case

I got the Halo Wars limited edition for Christmas and when i was removing the disc from the case i noticed it was unreasonably difficult to remove the disc i didn't think twice about it and went on then a few weeks later i noticed that my copy of halo wars was cracked like  this http://s1018.photobucket.com/albums/af304/donutpolice/?action=view&current=halowars.jpg&newest=1 it gave me the clean disc with cloth error so i was wondering if i could get another copy or reimbursed  by robot entertainment?

Lol at the doughnut. But ehm, do you press the circle thingy in the middle of the case when you take out your disc? If you just "pop" it out then a tiny crack may form, getting larger when it spins in your xbox causing it to spin out of control and totally super extremely violently exploding inside your xbox. Or not. Whatever, just specualtion.

You need to contact Xbox support through Microsoft for this. I believe they have a disc replacement policy in place.

Robot doesn't have anything to do with the game discs, unfortunately.

Well, the button is there for a reason, to not damage the disc as you take it out. Didn't you ever notice that there's no "snap" when you press the thingy(button?

Could I have a link to the policy?

disc cases like that you have to carefully maneuver them gears of war  limited edition you have to press in the outside clamps while pulling the main disc out  the clamps located at the center very small but strong so i have to them one at a time until the disc gently comes out.

next time if you have a chance buy one of these metal cases with the hard plastic within them with the capability to cut the disc in half, you will be singing another tune
