    Covenant Economy Bonuses

This is my thoughts on a covenant economy boost. How does this sound?

The prophet gets to build medium turrets right away. This will help him deal with the early hog issue a lot better and medium turrets will not be a waste of supplies to have late game

Chieftain could get half prices UNIT upgrades. (Not for chieftain himself, only those in the factory, hall, summit, and for brutes. This would being him back into non-rush play, wouldn't affect the brute rush even slightly and would make him at least a decent choice in 3 vs. 3.

Last, the arbiter is fine as is economy wise. I think a 25% damage increase to elite honor guards both in and out of rage mode would help make the arbiter able to be used to counter an honor guard rush.

I didn't really think all that through too much but I think giving the covenant these bonuses would make them able to compete with UNSC a little more easily.

So the Covenant save what Cutter saves. We all know Cutter lacks in pretty much everything except hook grabbing and base expansion.

    Blesses imo- Hogs owned

It would make him op, he is balanced right now

he is the weakest eco wise, if anything he needs an eco boost

The covenant can, you just need to learn how to

Has anyone else noticed the other thread almost identical to this one, with similar ideas on the front page?

    Re: Covenant Economy Bonuses

these just don't work, except maybe for the prophet one but thats pointless anyways...

the brute would be op and the arbiter would be just retardedly bad compared to the other covenant leaders.

I think Turrets should spawn on beginning bases regardless of who it is. To prevent rushes on both sides.

    Re: Covenant Economy Bonuses

Covy would be OP if they had econ bonuses. That's why they get a free leader.

    Re: Covenant Economy Bonuses

I dont know about this the brute would most defently be OP, and POR starting out with medium turret means he is impossiable to rush which I think is OP even anders can be harrased but with medium turrets doing it to it to the POR would be just dumb and as for the arby thing you are just kinda asking for a EHG nerf and I love EHG's so no you cant haz

    Re: Covenant Economy Bonuses

Wow this is stupid. Covenant usually gathers more recources throughout a game. They also get 1 building to do what UNSC needs 4 buidlings to do. That means extra WH for the covie.

You make that seem so useless. Cutter is probably the best leader in 2v2, he can out-tank any Forge on all but like 1-2 maps.

Hogs are destroyed by Elephants, plus an Arbiter. So Anders is less effective. Cutter is OP!

stupid as it would also prevent scouting with out risking more than one unit and covie cant beat UNSC without a little harassment.

forge and cutter are even in 2v2. he out tanks forge on 4 maps and forge does better on 3. forge also does better as support such as feeding. it all comes down to preference.

Not if Forge is being harassed.
