    chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

ok some people have pointed out that the chief puts a shotgun to the arbiter's head.

when i looked at it a few times i came to the conclusion it was a misunderstanding.

ok bare with me for a second because i'm sure every one will disagree, but have an open mind

chief sees the arbiter and johnson and his first instinct is to take down the elite so he rushedes over and uts the shotgun in the elites face as instinct not knowing that the elite is now his good buddy. then johnson clears everything out and the little fight stops.

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

....Ah ha good theory. I'm hoping that he pulls the trigger and then Johnson goes "S***, Cheif he's a friend now." Then I would love Bungie and make sure I get a play back of that over and over again ^.^

If you didn't get it before, I don't like the Arbiter every much.

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

    isnt a pistol?

And I just think the MC was just mad at the arbiter, I think the arbiter justs insults the human race in someway, the MC recognises the arbiter, so I think your theory is very wrong.

I agree. It just seems like the arbiter would bad mouth humans and get a magnum in the chin. Pull the trigger MC  WOOT WOOT lol.

The M6G is kind of like the magnum, it has no scope and is a 6sk.

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

I noticed a marine holding what looks like an assault rifle on the right end of the screen. So that would point toward the first theory I like the Arbiter but I'd like to see a close up of a split lip head shot

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

in the game theres only the pistol, it has HE rounds and requires two hands to fire for good aim,

Magnum uses 10mm rounds and has low kick so can be dueled, but it was too nerfed so they took it out >=( i wouldnt care if halo 3 took place YEARS after halo2 but it didnt ittakes place 1-4 days later so it shoukld be in, BUNGIE IF U HEAR ME, PUT THE D*** MAGNUM IN!

srry but its a pistol in the arbiters mouth,i like the arbiter,

    Halo 1=play as 1 guy

    Halo 2=play as 2 guys

    Halo 3=SHOULD play as 3 guys =D

LMAO, i love that. if they dont put that in the game, they should deff. animate a short with that fro all us who didnt find the arbiter in the best of tastes :p.

and as for the misunderstanding theory, it makes much sense, and i see it as valid, good job

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

Maybe it could be because the chief wants to go save some people but the arbitor thinks it would be better not to or something like that.

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

i think more or less he was attempting to go save cortana but he mentioned something rash on the subject and that led to the scene.

    Re: chief+shotgun+arbiter=misunderstanding

screw elites they slaughtered billions of humans why would any self respecting marine put up wit them.I mean if elites r ur teamates in Halo 3 ima kill each and every one i come in contact wit, plus the chief should squeze of a round in that split liped faggots head.

its time for some hazard pay marines
