    story line?

    does it make sense. why are the flood there? were did hawx get made? did the government not get mad at the army for messing with vechiles. why is anders so knowledgable in these things? why are the FLOOD there? where is the chieftien and why do brute magically appear one day? and finnally why are the FLOOD there? NO HALO RINGS had been touched yet

    I'll be writing an FF that presents my explanations to some of the questions. As for Anders' "know how," she was given unrestricted ONI clearance. Pretty much she's working for Section 0.
