    Space in HW2 or DLC

    hey man

    I want to like

     be the very... um

    Halowars wasn't the best yeah know?

    like... AoE2 was better

    cause it had the really nice map editor

    I think

    they should make it more customizable and focused more on user content

    and maybe

    A Space Navy. 

     

     

    Well if we were going by what usually happens

    Byzantines would have always won

    In Age of Empires

    And Humanity would always win in Halo

    Because Spartans can kill everything by themselves

    But because of balencing

    that doesn't happen

     

    So why can't they balance Space? (other than space isn't an object to balance)

    Not enough units and its a 3 to 1 ratio for UNSC vs. Covenant

    Space battles would be interesting, however as my friend mentioned it wouldn't work

    In my opinion

    You two are narrow-minded

    Think about this without intent to harm

    The Humanity has some advantage

    They laser weapons come after some time

    Covenant power is broken with rebels. Maybe human ships get better armour

    Well, here's how I would think about it as the situation with the bases, Human ships are sturdier and take less damage, but have weaker weapons. Covenant ships have shields and stronger weapons, but once the shields are gone they are glass and I am Narrow-Minded

    Read some of the books dude.  Covenant ships > UNSC ships.  The game is fine how it is, on the ground.

    That would kill the multiplier for the UNSC.

    Would it be possible? Yes. However it would be horribly uncanonical. By this I mean that a Longsword and Halcyon-class Cruiser would be completely on the same level as a Seraph and CCS-Cruiser.

    Why are we saying canon can't be broken now? Most game's MP breaks canon, anyway.

    Look at the Halo FPS series. Thousands of Spartans killing each other for no apparent reason?

    Or HWs MP. Prophets did NOT go in and lead attacks on the battlefield. Arbitors did, somewhat, but they definetly did not say cheesy "I WIL DESTROY U" lines and fly through the air killing ten things at once.

    For sake of MP, I would love a space battle type war, even though it would never happen in Halo reality.

    Guys stop being negative. It CAN work

    See. Base ships are spawn ships. You get 3, and some areas are blocked off by meteors and such. You start of normally. And same as bases in ground mode. UNSC bases ships are stronger, but the covenant get rechargeable shields.
