I keep on hearing about A multi volley how does it work?

1. Vulture's Y Ability

2.Wolverine Y Ability

Yea I have a freind that can do it, but he won't show me how, He can use the "Y attack" with any UNSC unit up to 10 times with out recharging. He can role up with 5 canister shell tankes and wipe out all 3 players in 3v3, its unstopalble. Its like the BXR or Double shot in HALO 2, same concept. I wont to know how !!!

I believe it has something to do with the fog of war and missing your target. I was shooting at a hunter pair once that, for whatever reason, my wolverine just couldn't hit. It was running away on the edge of my sight, so the wolveriene would drive, 5 feet, shoot some rockets, drive another 5 feet, etc. for over half the map until it finally hit/killed the thing. It was funny to watch, but pretty annoying at the same time. I wanted that hunter dead!
