List anything funny that you have seen from one of your opponents. Hopefully we get enough of these so that Recruits can learn from past mistakes.

I was once attacking a cutter's reactor with my Arby while sitting between two of his buildings.I noticed the laser dot pop up on my screen and waited a second. I then moved out of the range of the mac just in time to not take any damage and watch it destroy both of his buildings. About 3 seconds later he resigned and I died laughing.

 Lesson to be learned.... don't mac blast any unit that is close to one of your buildings unless you know you will kill the said unit and it is worth the loss of your building.

Not an enemy but a random 3v3 and someone on my side. I had two recruits and they were both speaking over mics about shield gens.

Next thing I know they both have 2 full bases with 4 sheild gens on each base. I'm not joking. Please bear in mind that in all the other 3 slots they only had one upgraded warehouse on each base and two unit producing slots. They started off with a few warehouses but then deleted them??!

It was exile and suffice to say, although they lasted a long time, they couldn't defend themselves. One recruit actually justified his actions saying how it was such a great idea, however, his theory was flawed: Turtling on Exile is not FTW.

Played with a new recruite on random 2v2s...Built a temple, barracks, then supply pad over a period of two minutes...walked aroung with his arbiter and said "Sorry..I'm new...not sure what to do exactly..."  aka PLAY the AI or campaign mode... before you get on!!!  Understand what a degen is...a heal, etc...

 

Had another...where I got a 'new' player...he was forge...so I recomended the 3 sp pad method for forge tank build order...

I protected him with arby...he rolls in finally, with 3 spartanks...and then gets raged on by their arbiter...I tried telling him to throw down a degen...and he lets all his tanks get slowly raged to death...doesnt retreat...move them..anything...then yells to me "what is a degen how do I do that!!" after they are all gone...

Yah..we lost...

any attack before 20 min is a rush. attacking before people have everything max tech is just not fair.

playing 3v3 vs 2 cutters and 1 forge, both cutters went reactor first....... but the funny part was forge, who went reactor, reactor...... long pause (probably collecting crates) then finally supply pad... then vehicle depot................... then before any tanks were built he carpet bombed my warthog....... I built nothing but cyclops after that and my teammates followed suit by my cutter teammate building only elephants (nothing out of elephants, just used elephants as main unit) and my prophet teammate built only Honor guards. We laughed as our opponents got devoured by our special units (crappy special units) nearly 20 minutes into the game with nothing to stop us except a few tanks and some marines.

Another funny thing I saw and this was actually funnier. We were again playing 3v3 and our Anders opponent was going to gauss spam, or at least warthog rush, and as my cutter teammate scouted he noticed the 6 - 8 unupgraded warthogs in front of her base, he drove off with his scout but turned around abruptly and went back to the front of Anders' base and mac blasted her hogs.... he probably killed about 5 or six, but it definately crippled her so early into the game... We laughed the rest of the game... and the Anders was not a fine gentleman , ok maybe she was but she had a 2 star rank so atleast she had played a few games before

By 13 minutes he had 1 marine. 

Recruit I was playing with today at 5 miutes has 6 Ghosts and 7+ Grunts. 2 Scorpions, no upgrades, tear them to crap. He quits.

1 loss from having a Recruit on my team vs. a Commander and Brigadier. He played Arby and didn't know how to use Rage or upgrade...
I love randoms.

It was 1v1, I scouted early and saw an elephant coming to my base so I went quick spartan, ran over to the elephant. He also produced a spartan, but he was just a little too late and instead hijacked his gunnerless warthog that was left right next to it, thus resign and it was really funny.

um IM POR and if im facing any of the leaders...

Cutter: fly over his base....his marines/odst come toward my prophet so i just kept beaming his infa away as i was taking out his reactor.... he mac blasted me but i just dodged it when he alligned it and fired when i dodged..... he kill all but one squad of infantry and he blew up his own D-Reactor i loled.

Ander: Same thing as cutter and she brough all her hawks and i was next to her air pad and she cyroed me but i warped away to a random base in time and she froze her own hawks and air pad lawlz then she resigned

Forge: HE tried to carpet bomb my POR and just wiped out his own line of SP's without me touching them lol

Another POR: sent EHG to my POR when hes flying

I ran Anders and decided to Hawk Spam for once, and when I sent my Warthog over to the enemy base, he tore it apart with his population of 35 Cyclops. I thought for a second, took another base, and sent another warthog over. Same thing happened. I then took every base on the map except for his and sent one last warthog. Confirmed. All Cyclops.I walked in with Pop 65 Hawks and destroyed.

never get two reactors right off then get resources to try to and get a SP afterward, I used to try this as forge =(
