I am aware of the percentage boosts on 1,2 and 3 star veterancy but i don't know what the boosts are from 4 to 14 gained from using the spartans jack ability.

Can someone please enlighten me?

i can't really say but around 10 it might be around 20% and at 14 it might 35% becuase the defence and health and strenght are almost doubled

Well i know 1 star is 15%, 2 stars 43% and 3 is 95% increased attack and defence, so they must be somewhat higher than you suggest, but how much higher i do not know.

yea maybe i just cant imagine a grizzly with 200% more power so each star must be under 100% and maybe 14 is 100%

Beacause if that was true then the covies would'nt stand a chance with any unit they produce or a suped up 3 star leader and would be way to OP so id say 100% would be max

Yeah, although to be fair a 14 star grizzly is stupidly powerful,

It would be nice to get the figures, hopefully some all-knowing forumer could provide us with them.

Maybe one team had 3 spartank PT 14 star but pretty much :( they kept doing hit n runs with 3 spartanks each them upgraded  on frozen valley and they kept going the heal area to heal there tanks and repeat that then i tried to take it with an army of cobras but the 9 tanks where there waiting lets just say my 30 pop cobras went down to around 6 :S

with maybe 1 dead warthog to them  they are insanly powerful i almost killed one with my army of cobras and a super carpet bomb but was strong enough 2 retreat

i think *15* star wraiths are better and it seems to be the only unit that can get 15 stars

I had three spartan tanks, fully upgraded. stars all over the place. I killed a 3 star chieftain in one canister shell shot :)
