I would guess not a lot, as E3 is shrinking, but I would definately expect something (a few pictures, short video, custom designed writing implements, etc.)

dont think Halo Wars will be at E3 well not much about it anyway Halo 3 is the big 360 game this year. Expect Halo Wars, Peter Jacksons Halo projects and Gears of war 2 at E3 2008.
