Yeah, I know that there are a million threads about SGS, but I'm asking a different question: does the PoR make the Arbiter's suicide grunts freeze up more?

i've noticed they seem to freeze up more around other arbiters, but a PoR? never seen that happen

I think its the lag his beam causes.

i have had 4 suicide grunts freeze up on a spartan...then my arbiter wouldnt rage him...it gave him 2 stars and me a headache..

Actually, I've noticed that too. When my enemy makes suicide grunts attack me, about half of them will freeze while glowing. Maybe they're just being smart?

They freeze up for me no matter what is attacking them or around them
