The. Most. Amazing. Strat. Ever. (EVER.)

Heya. I'm new. xFrustration. Yeah yeah. Anyway. I have formulated probably the best, flawless, flexible, (Insert verb here) stratagy the game has

ever seen. Yes, it uses the best unit in the game that can be massivly produced, kill leaders in five seconds, own scarabs in the face, and much

much more. Yes, it's the ODST's. Argue if you want, they're amazing. Enough said. So, that being.....said...it's time for the strat. This isnt an

easy "build this, produce that, attack here, attack there" stratagy. It takes alot of mircro managning in the beginning, and if you get rushed, you

can just pop out 2-3 marines, and be back on the way. This is going to take alot of supply crate gathering if you want to be effective. 5 crate

places AT THE LEAST. so like 200 supplies to get started. Okay. The build order. Select Cutter. (Duh) This uses ALL of your starting resources-

Supply Pad, Supply Pad, Supply Pad, Reactor, Turret. That uses all of your resources. Now this is cruicial. You're going to wait for EVERY

SINGLE ONE of those things to be built. It really only takes a minute and a half. I swear. Now go gather crates. Once you hear "Reactor

complete" stop what you're doing IMMEDIATELY and go back to your base. Upgrade all three of your supply pads, and then build a barracks.

(You'll have enough supplies, even if you suck at gathering.) Keep gathering. When you get 500 supplies, your barracks should jussssst be

finishing. Now build a second reactor. (You can stop gathering here.) While that's being built, wait until 200 recourses, and train "New Blood".

(Ya know how i said you can stop gathering? That's only if you hate it. I gather forever. Because you'll have what seems like an hour, but its only

like 3 minutes) So when that's done, your reactor will be built. Now upgrade to "RPG's", for 400 supplies. (Just if you're wondering if you're doing

this right, your warthog is STILL your only unit.) Then build a supply pad and upgrade it. Once that's done, your first long wait begins. Yes, i'm

talking about the minute and a half wait it takes to get 1200 supplies. Then upgrade one of your reactors. Then, wait for 700 supplies.......and

research "Medic". After that, wait for 400 supplies, and grab yourself an elephant. this will give you something to do while you wait for 1800

supplies. So, while waiting for 1800 supplies, move your elephant to a good secure place by your enemys base. You should have your supplies.

Upgrade ODST's. (Happy Face!) Now. make 3, or 5, or 7, whatever! just make some marines (Soon to be ODST's!!!) and put 'em aside your

elephant. (These are FROM your elephant..) once the ODST's are done, wait about half a minute or a minute. (Note, the clock should be around

8:30 or 9:00) The wait is so you can get your cash up, and so your ODST drops can charge up. At about 9:50 or 10 minutes, go cause some

hell. walk in there with your 3 ODST's, and watch your enemy go, haha.....Then drop in your ten ODST's in from the sky. take out one of his t

urrets (He WILL have them) simply by pressing the left bumper, selecting the turret, and pressing Y. Then mac blast the other one. (You'll have

enough money.) Then, knock the crap out of him. There ya go. This seems like alot..but its very, very simple. And it owns. I have won 74 straight

1v1 games in a row with this stratagy. Not exaggerating. A bit. Okay..for you lazy people who dont care about anything i say...here's JUST the

build order...........Supply Pad, Supply Pad, Supply Pad, Reactor, Heavy supply pad, Heavy supply pad, Heavy supply pad, Barracks, Reactor,

New blood, RPG's, Supply pad, Heavy supply pad, Upgrade Reactor, Medic, Elephant, ODST's. (HAPPY!!?!?) Thanks again, xFrustration.

    Welcome to the forums.

But that is the text wall of the word prison.  And this strat really relies on not getting rushed.  Brutes/Tanks/Hornets can deal with turrets and a barracks before you can get a large defense force out.

Re: The. Most. Amazing. Strat. Ever. (EVER.)

Personally, the turrets can scare them off for the first 2 and a half to 3 minutes. By that time, you at least are upgraded to your RPG's. This is probably where the big rush comes in. (3-4 minutes) You can pop out up to 5 marines, and stand a good chance.
