What are the best tactics for ultimate success in deathmatch games?

My tactic (Captain Cutter):

Build two HEavy Supply pads, a barracks, airpad, and vehicle depot.  Then consruct two to three Vultures.  Find a Covey base and send a recon, followed by the Vultures.  Once center of Covey base is in sight, blast it with 4 MAC blasts.  Then, hit it with a Vulture volley while raining down ODSTs.  Heal Vultures when needed, and overall, keep them at full health.  If things get to hot in a battle, pull them out immediately.  ODST's can be instantly replaced, but Vultures take a while to build.  Also, wait for MAC rounds to recharge.  Success is immenent.

 Try this out for any deathmatch (1v1 2v2 3v3).  Works great if out numbered.
