    Making Halo Wars Perfect!

    Here are some ideas that i have thrown together since playing halo wars the first day it came out. These are reasonable and fair ideas not something stupid.

    A. Professor Anders, Upgrade speed stays the same but cost the same as everyone else. This is a great way to even out the hog problem everyone fusses about.

    B. Arbitor easier to handle. Its Glitchy and freezes in some spots. I love the arbitor but it sucks balls trying to attack what you want him to.

    C. Air Units can fly over bases and not have to bump and go around them. Dang this is annoying!

    D. Scarab able to store infantry inside.

    E. Elephant has 2 or so mongooses driving around them at all times as like little turrets. In Halo 3 they deploy mongooses,y not here?

    F. Hogs need to be weaker, it takes 2 shots from a tank to kill 1. Man if this was like that in all the halo games, i would drive in a warthog all the time!

    G. Brute + Arbitor cannot hit sentinels that are flying high, vortex and rage needs to be able to take them down while destroying these bases.

    H Brute Chieftan gets in a glitch when he pulls a guy to close he doesnt hit at all and just stands there while he gets nailed. So fix that glitch

    I. MOST ANNOYING THING IN HALO WARS!!!!!!! FIX THE FREAKING MATCHMAKING! I hate playing a 3vs3 where i get stuck with rookies and 1 bars against 3 stars and brigadiers its rediculous!

    J. More 3vs3 Maps  7/10 times i get stuck on the flood level, its ***.

    K. Covenant dropship! The teleporter thing is nice and all but i would take a drop ship over teleporting 1 guy out of a time any day. Plus hunters freeze on it all the time!

    L. Brute choppers should be 1 population not 2 or even it out and make all scouting units 2 population. another way to stop hog spamming.

    M. Making your turrets aim seperately. I love it when they shoot the wrong thing.

    Those are the best Ideas i can come up with. these are greatly reasonable and doesnt making anything over powered at all. Any feedback?

    I think the other way around makes more sense but that's just me

    I Dont play as arby but a little more control would be nice I agree

    no, just no, I like the mongoose but they are not in the time period that halo wars is in which is y you dont see them

    they are already working on this

    I think they should be able to hit air, it's not really a big problem seeing as microing around the vortex or beam or whatever makes there powers usless, (except arby)

    I would like this fixed but in case you didnt know you can leader recall him

    please dont use "***" as an insult to anything, they are people to, but I hate the flood maps so this would be nice

    NO, it would be unbalanced for covie to be able to travel without there leader and with them

    bruter choppers will never be used any ways it dosnt matter

    I know most would never happen, it would be nice though. The chieftan getting frozen though. who wants to recall him though especially in the heat of battle

    some ideas are nice but most of your suggestions just buff the covi and will make the game unbalanced.

    The covenant dropship should only work on infantry, not tanks or locusts. Also not on your leader. I think that would be fair for the covenant dropship.

    The Elephant i think mongooses would be great, its highly unreasonable though since it would take creating a whole new unit, but it wouldnt be one you could control it would just circle around it shooting missles

    Turrets, they would automatically shoot, but if you want to aim it towards a covie leader or a specific unit u could, other wise just leave it alone and let it work. But i think you should have control on what it shoots.

    Also another thing, the disruption bomb: Make the circumferance on it bigger, its pointless if your base is going to get double mac'd or a leader, they still have the other half of the base to nail.

    I honestly dont like the BC update where he pulls units towards him. One, because he does freeze a lot. Also, because most of the time i'd like to be using his vortex against the main army infront of me, but instead i have to focus on the unit he just pulled behind my lines.
    iZoRa:u would get sergaent Andutter with Carpetcryoblast. For covie u would have a guy in a wheelchair with a sword and hammer power lol. think of your own combinations even though theres no point

    Not to mention watching scorpions hopping over other vehicles because of his upgrade...ridiculous

    They literally just hop over whatever is in their way to be attacked by the Chieftan

    Studmuffin, in the book Cole Protocol, Adriana uses a mongoose as a hammer

    Halo Wars = 2532

    Cole Protocol = 2535

    It is entirely possible for Mongeese to be in the Halo Wars time period.

    Hornets wern't seen until Halo 3 and have shown up in Halo Wars, why not the mongoose too?

    1. the 2-pop chopper is one of the things i dont understand also... the chopper is by far not as good as a warthog and they made him twice the pop? wierd and also one of the reasons its one of the less popular vehicles in game and thats a shame...!

    2. agree with the glitches: Arby and BC.. but i asume/hope it will be fixed next patch

    3. matchmaking i dont know becouse i dont like 1v1 and still looking for a relaxed/good player to team up for 2v2

    All these things are pretty darn silly and would only further complicate game balance, the game already plays well and there are plenty of cool and balanced units to use. When you say "make halo wars perfect" what you mean is "Make halo wars exactly how I want it"...and most of these things would take tons of work from the Dev team.

    Mongooses are atvs, we have atvs right now, the thing is there not effective at all.
