I just finished the game and got the achivement for completing act 4 but i didnt get the ready for the sequel achievement. i dont know how to get but I completed the game. I was hoping maybe some of you guys could tell me?

My achievement popped when I completed every non-matchmaking achievement (ie you don't need to get general for it to pop, just get all of the campaign and skirmish achievements).  Honestly it is pretty obvious what 100% completion means...  Name one game where just 'beating the campaign' was counted as 100% complete.
