wouldn't be cool if the pelican is added to halo 3? i mean flighing troops to a disired landing zone and picking up vehicals.

you could play some border patrole game with it and since the covenant has the bashie why not let the UNSC have the

pelican?

Or not. Flying a Pelican around in Halo 3 is most likely going to be a waste of time, and resources they need to get the game out on time. We don't want a repeat like three years ago when they just kept pushing back the game's release date.

i agree the maps should be made bigger for the pelican and i also think they shouldnt hold back the release date just to add a

vehical the usable list. i just think if the covenent gets to fly things why cant we fly?(by the way i have played on a modded xbox

that had a pelican and it was easy and really fun )and also in halo wars does anybody know if the pelican will be used

like the helicopters in uries revenge just they can air lift vehicals to?

I suppose it could work very well providing if they can balance it, I mean would you like to play CTF when there is half a dozen opposing team members outside tour base with the pelican chain guns and rocket pods aimed at your base's entrance as well as the weapons the pelican's cargo is carrying?

The pelican is probably not gonna be useable and even though it sounds cool I don't think it would work too good

They won't do it because it's not like Bungie is seeing that as a valuable option, why in world would you have a craft ten times bigger than the Banshee flying around, it's not a viable option at the least. And it doesn't have any real weaponry to think of because its a troop carrier... Piloting a Pelican around seems to be a big waste of time when they just could add it in the cutscenes.

Others have said it, and I'll say it again, it simply isn't feasible. If halo had 32 or 64 person multiplayer, then yah, it would make sense to have something the size of a pelican flying about transporting people. I'd be totally for one of those go,go gadget head helicopter things though.

Care to rephrase that? I think you accidentally hit the delete button and removed a few crucial words (with the numbers of forums I write on, it's happened to me hundreds of times too). 

what i mean was that the pelican is the usnc's most valuble tool(aside from mast cheif) by the way i was typing really fast on that last one becuase i was in school and the teacher was coming. anyways the pelican has ultimate fire power! it's armory cosists of a guasse cannon and 2 rottating chain guns! the anyways does anybody know if the pelican can airlift troops and vehicals like in the games?(im a pelican freek!)
