Well, there really isn't anything wrong with the trailer. Notice how all commercials have that little green page that says "This preview has been approved for all audiences." I still can't figure out why the movie is R. It seems life only PG-13 with the gore.

I said this before, but 300 looks pretty meatheaded. I'll still see it since I saw Sin City, though. It'll probably earn an F for historical accuracy, but an A for excessive violence.

i have no clue about history but i remember it being the Battle of Theropylae(sp?) from FoR. And the AIs name is Deja

It isn't history. It was just Deja showing them something in FoR. I don't remember the name, but I'm sure you of all people will be able to remember something like that. Then again, I think that is the battle of the mentioned spartans.

@ the one who asked why its rated R.  for intense violence, sexual content, and i think brief nudity.  so yea i expected it to be rated that.  however, i hope its not too much sexual content, as that seems to be all that movies are about now, and if i see it with my parents, i don't wanna be seeing that with them lol.

 

@ the guy who said it would get an F for historical accuracy.  What do you expect?!?!  of course it isn't completely historical.  did you watch the trailer and see the mutated looking people, not to mention the huge rhino type things or whatever and the ogres.  when have you seen one in real life?!  i mean, come on its MYTHOLOGY added to history.  the root word of mythology is MYTH, meaning not real!  lol don't mean to be an a$$ but its ridiculous to be complaining about the accuracy of a story that is not supposed to completely historically correct.

 

 

anyway, enough ranting.  i wanna see this movie so badly!  it looks kick a$$!  and i like the theme too even though I'm in to more "hippie" music.

Yeah, the original was one of those books of comic strips. The director was actually trying to incorporate a lot of the famous scenes from the book into the movie.
