Hey Halo fans.

This thread is Basically about the ghosts of Halo. Im here to discuss strange happening's in Halo, Halo 2 and Halo 3. (This thread might be 2 messages long)

Strang Happenings Include:

Equipment spawning out of Thin air, Sights of Ghostly figures, vehicles moving by themselves, Unlimeted equipment on map and Elites coming out of thin air.

Halo 2:

In the end it wasn't concluded (As far as I know)

Many people thought it was a glitch, others thought it was a fake, and a few thought it was Bungie playing with us.

Ghost of Sandtrap: Not much is known about the ghost of Sandtrap other than he carries a Spartan Laser and a Energy Sword. This isnt actually the link 4 the ghost it self but a vid of a bubble shield spawning outta no where: http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=JzuzxonwupY. I have finally found a vid of the ghost of sandtrap. See below!

Whats The Cure?

Okay I have been researching ghosts all night and all morning. I have found heaps but i am only including 2 sections.

TRUE/FASLE/HALF GHOSTS:

FALSE GHOSTS:

-Vehicles moving by themselves, Random grenades, explosions, weapon fire and wraith mortars. Ghost with turning animations or walking animations.

"SUPERNATURAL" ABILITIES: Im only going to do half now, then half later.

* Can make anytype of weapon fire out of the ground, but is classed as "FALSE"

*Do not need to look up or down.

* Can perform tricks and super jumps with ease.

* Can teleport anywhere on the map at any given time.

*Have the ability to mimic movements.

* Take the shape of anyone they meet

* seem to have a mind of their own

* can be doclile or aggresive

* Always hit when they shoot.

* Have unlimited ammo in all guns and can change guns at extreme speed, However still have a reloading animation.

* Can appear on forge on local play,but have been sighted on xbox live.

Okay im going to give everyone the rest of the "Supernatural" Abilities...

* They have no walking animation but appear to slide

*Can choose whatever weapons they want, even if the map has specific weapon sets.

* Can be a Spartan, Elite or Monitor

* Have omnidirectional vision

* Known to be transparent sometimes

* Can be yellow or red dots on your radar.

* Can throw objects and equipment out of thin air

* Always stay facing the way they spawned, unless when firing at players, then it snaps to the victim rather than turning smoothly like a normal player.

* Can have their own colour, even if it is a Team game.

* Throws nades without a limit

* Throws plasma nades backwards, Always sticking the player behind them

Geez... I really thought more people would of commented about the ghosts of Halo? Oh well... I already know all this stuff I just thought you guys would like to know?! Ohhhh weeeellll!

All right today I have a new section for every1!!! I unlock half and half later?!

THEORIES:

* Caused by lag. This may be particulary true when players are joining the game. However, this is debatable, as often the other players move normally and fluidly, while the " Ghost " seems to jerk and glitch around.

* Caused by "standbys"

* Caused by a network problem coupled with a mod.

* Created by bungie to keep the game moving or as a tie-in to their Alternate Reality Games.

* A game bot created by bungie, to practise, but never deleted.

* Two differant online games running at the same time in the same map, but ending up in the same server.

* Caused when someone leaves the game (start menu, leave game).

I saw this a while ago it creeped me out at first. Anyway, I have my own "experiences". I was on vahalla deleting respawn pionts when I was sniped from nowhere! I went back to theater and saw it had come from the pelican.
