I know Paragon has said that Capture the Flag will not be included in the game, but I did find evidence to the contrary in this picture in the Covenant Field Manual:

The object behind the Chopper in the upper right sure looks like a flag to me, unless it's a control point of some sort but I don't remember anything like that being mentioned anywhere. The small group of brutes would suggest that they might be returning it or something. And before anyone calls me out (if anyone calls me out), I did use the search bar to look for all of this and found nothing. The image in the field manual is bigger, in case you want a better picture.

I didn't think about it being a rally point, it's pretty obvious too.
