1) when blue team found onyx, they heard a signal on the UNSC-E band. What was this signal? Where exactly did it lead them?

2) When the UNSC Prowler Dusk discovered the covenant battle around Delta Halo, What Covenant ship did the story bring us to, who was its ship master, how did he become ship master, and what covenant ships did it engage battle with?

3) What was Kurt wishing when the sentinels attacked?

4) who was the first Spartan-III in Team Saber to die?

 There are probably millions of planets with Forerunner artifacts on them.  You seem to forget that the Forerunner once controlled nearly the entire freaking galaxy.

Can we have a general consensus to first answer the question above you and second, limit it to one question, please.

1: Olly Olly Oxen Free is the signal used for Blue Team when they meet up with Spartan-051 (Kurt) on Onyx. It actually lead them to a meeting with Kurt and his Spartan-III's along with Spartan-087 (Kelly) in the jungle while fighting the new and improved Sentinals.

2: Major Voro 'Mantakree was second in command of the Reverence-class Crusier Incorruptible. The ship was formerly under the command of Ship Master Tano 'Inanraree until he was killed by a head shot from his second officer Major Voro 'Mantakree. Thuse Major Voro 'Mantakree became Ship Master Voro 'Matakree and set the Incorruptible against the two Jiralhanae Frigates Tenebrous and Twilight Compunction. They used the Carrier Lawgiver as cover in their resulting battle and eventually defeated the two Frigates (destroying the Tenebrous).

3: If you are refering to the very first attack then he was wishing that the blast that was created was from a nuke used by the rebel human forces. Though after getting the transmission from the AI Endless Summer he just was hoping for a Covenant invasion instead of another race yet to be revield.

4: Dante was the first to die as some needler rounds penitrated his armor and shreded his insides. He managed to seal the entry way behind the group of Spartans and Dr. Halsey before falling dead in Kurts arms. Next in line was Holly who gave her life to save Kelly from a fuel rod cannon blast.

Please name the ONI facility on REACH, the levels that they were able to access at this particular facility during the invasion and the names and numbers of the Spartans who were sent there to secure it and met up with the rest of Red Team along with the names and numbers of the members of Red Team who met up with them at this facility.

Your wrong with your first answer dude. They met up during a Sentinal attack. They used the "Olly Olly Oxen Free" signal in the jungle when they met.

The signal your talking about was the OSO that Dr. Halsey had set up on the E-Band. That signal was designed to warn away any UNSC forces who visited the area. It wasnt designed to bring in Blue Team. The actual contact signal was the "Olly Olly Oxen Free" signal given by Kelly.

Also like I mentioned in my post, your third question wasnt exactly clear. During the imediate contact with the Sentinals for the first time Kurt wasnt thinking about the rest of Gamma Company, he was hoping for atleast a Covenant invasion. It was only after the initial contact that Kurt thought about having the rest of Gamma Company planet side. That thought happend right after he met up with Tom and Lucy in Camp Currahee.

In the game Halo CE the pipe was last seen in his left hand as he was handing his pistol to the Master Chief at the very begining of the game. Atleast I think I saw it in that hand.

In the book Halo: The Flood its last seen before the Master Chief gets to the bridge. Keys had it out and was smoking it but then some how it dissappeared.

Sorry to say, Frog, but nope. In the level "Keyes", after the scene where the Master Chief recovers Keyes' neural implant, the pipe can be seen on the Command Platform that the Proto-Gravemind is standing on.
