Yes, I realize that Seath (if he's still on) made a Vehicle contest. If you'll notice, this is about ships, like big outer space ships.
Every ship must be within reason. For instance, don't go making a ship the size of Earth. perhaps the Moon, but not Earth.
Types of ships (from largest to smallest)
Destroyer (Half a Megaton)
Light Cruiser (1 Megaton)
Heavy Cruiser (1 to 1 and a half Megatons)
Carrier (must also design fighters to be carried inside of the ship) (1 to 3 Megatons)
Battlecruiser (2 to 4 Megatons
Dreadnought (4 to 6 Megatons)
Super Carrier (must design fighters) (4 Megatons to 6 Megatons)
Superdreadnought (5 Megatons to 8 Megatons)
Juggernaut (12 Megatons to 14 Megatons
(if any larger ship classes are made, please inform me.)
Weapons
Plasma Turrets
Forerunner Beams (Powerful Beam Weapon, Covenant only)
Demon missiles (missile that can yield as much as 2 Megatons) (placed inside launcher which hold 10 missiles before being reloaded)
Apollo missiles (EMP missile that will disrupt the magnetic containment field on a Plasma weapon) (Same launch system as Demon missiles, but larger)
Pulse Lasers
MAC
SMAC
Mini-MAC (Dual-mounted MAC, much smaller then the MAC, and less powerful, but can swivel to face its target, and fires faster)
50 mm Auto-Cannon
Gauss Cannon (yes, my idea) (More powerful version of the Gauss Cannon mounted on the Gauss Warthog)
Laser (This weapon does not burn its target. This weapon shatters a section of its target)
Maximum armor density is 4 meters.
looking for judges.
An example of a ship would be the Unicorn class Supercarrier. It has half a meter of armor.
It mounts 50 Lasers, 100 Mini-MACs, and 1,000 Auto-Cannons.
Its complement is 10,000 Peregine class fighters (ground only), and 3,600 LACs. Each fighter mounts 4 Air to Air Machine Guns in its wings, with 16 ATA Destroyer class missiles and 24 ATG Stalker class missiles. Can pull multiple gees, and can maneuver behind Covenant Banshees. Each LAC mounts a Gauss Cannon, such as those mounted on a SD, 4 Lasers, and 20 Auto-Cannon, as well as 10 Demon missile launchers.
Standard doctrine calls for it to launch its compliment, then retreat behind the larger ships of the wall (Juggernauts, SDs, DNs, BCs) that can take the punishment that the Unicorn's light armor and none existent Apollo missile launchers can't. This places the launch bays, which make armoring the ship heavily hard, away from the crushing embrace of the kind of battles that the ships of the wall usually fight, while keeping them within distance to rearm the LACs.
