Sparhawk:If a scorpion tank is being transported by either the Albatross or Pelican, when shot down while doing so...should the tank or other vehicles survive the fall if it's on land?
Depends. If the Pelican or Albatross is close to the ground, the vehicle should survive, but have taken a lot of damage. But, if the transport aricraft is high above the ground, I say the vehicle should just shatter on impact.
Here's a question: aren't vehicles transported inside the Albatross?
Sparhawk:Over water the tanks would sink when their air transport is shot down, on a mountain tip they'd either explode or crumple.
Agreed. Otherwise it would make no sense.
Sparhawk:But on mildly flat ground should they survive the fall
Like I said, it depends on how high the transport aircraft was when it was shot down.
Sparhawk:Should there be water falls in some MP and campaign maps?
Definitely. Nice to see a waterfall as scenery, they're not that common in games, as far as I know.
