Okay, i've had several people PM me, asking for me to rate these fan fics.... problem is, i'm too lazy and don't have enough time to do so at the moment.
So, i'm asking for 10 people who have nothing better to do than read these stories. I don't ask that you read it all, just the first three chapters. These ten people will report to me what they rank each fan fic on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the better than star wars and halo itself ^^). I ask for strict, unbiased judges who love to read. I don't want to get 10 people to find a flood of 10's coming in, that doesn't help anyone. This is currently an idea that is growing, so i don't want random people on here sending me in reviews on all the fan fics out there. I currently ask for 10 people who are interested in the job.
If you do not think you are capeable of such an amount of reading, than DO NOT ASK ME FOR THE JOB.

Fan Fic Terminal Rating Handbook
All persons that hold the duty of being a fan fic rater [FFR] have responsibilities and obligations to uphold.
If you are reading this, you have probably volunteered yourself to CivBase [myself] to rate fan fictions for the fan fiction terminal. With many people involved in this system, none of which I have physical contact with, it is very hard to keep it organized. In order to retain any order, I have come up with a set of rules to define what is expected of all FFRs.
Joining
In order to join, all you have to do is go to the Fan Fic Term Ratings thread and volunteer. You may be asked some non-personal questions upon application. There is, however, a limit of ten FFRs so as to maintain stable and regular scores. By this, I simply mean that it is easier to average, and the rank that the fan fiction receives is much more reliable.
Reading
As an FFR, you are expected to read every fan fiction. This is a bit of a stress, so instead of reading all of every fan fiction, only the first two or three chapters is requires, or at least enough that you get a basic idea on what the fan fiction will be about. Only those fan fictions that are included in the Fan Fic Terminal are necessary to be read; however, because the terminal is ever-expanding, I will notify you when I add a new fan fic so that you do not miss it. It is expected that you start at the top and work your way down to the bottom.
Ranking
All rankings will be done out of 10. One means that the fan fic is the worst thing you have ever read and your 5-year-old sister could right a better report on the workings of the human mind than this person could write a halo based fan fiction. Ten means that this is the most wonderful thing you have ever read and that it should be published and have several crappy sequels that are never as good as the original; it also means that this fan fiction should have many, many puns written after it for years to come (such as: Luke, I am your father). I prefer that you do not judge lightly. I expect strict rankings, not constant 10s. Just pretend that you are Simon from American Idol and Britain’s Got Talent. I also expect a new fan fiction to be rated at least.
Ranking Your Own Fan Fiction
Yes, you can rank your own fan fiction, but if I smell anything fishy about your report or if it is a bit high compared to the rest I will either read it myself (if you are lucky) or I will lower your rank to a zero.
Submitting Rankings
I do not want a messy, random flood of rankings coming from ten sources constantly flowing into my PM box. To help provide order to this, here is how I expect fan fiction ratings to be submitted:

I want everything to be in a PM to me, so that if you give a bad review, the author isn’t all over you. I want it all to be in a single PM on the first post of the PM [edit it]. I want it all to be in this format as well.
Leaving
As much as I wish not, people will, no doubt, leave due to lack of time to rank, leaving the forums, or even just getting tired of the job. If you wish to leave, I want a report saying such at least a week in advance. That should give me enough time to find a replacement.
Fired
You can be fired from being a FFR, so be good.
Vacation
Vacation works much like leaving, you must tell me in advance so that I can get a temporary replacement. I also need to know the date of return.
Payment
Your salary is in digital cookies. Do they mean anything? No. Happy? J

- Can you use bribery to get better ratings? No.
- Can I rate with decimals (like 9.3)? Yes.
How about half of the raters read from the top down, and the others read from the bottom up; so the people who are near the bottom of the terminal won't have to wait so long for their ratings? No, I will not post a rating untill all FFRs have given me a review on that fan fic.
