John came over a small rise and saw an amazing spectacle.To him at least...Probobly not for the five Grunts and Elite in the valley.He picked up his Sniper and sighted on the Elites head.

"Goodbye" hu muttered the bullet flew stright and true.A purple black blood plum apeared, as the Elites head dissapered in the plum.Thick blood rained down on the Grunts.One jumped in a Ghost and hit the boost...he however ran over his commrades as well.The Dimayed Grunt jumped out and ran to their dead bodys.

"They were my friends" John heard the Grunt cry mornfully

"Too bad" John said and shot him in the head.

Gone and forgotten...

The day truged on and John had six close calls with Covenant forces. He had gone and climbed a small mountian to gain an hight advantage. When he got to the top he saw a collomn of Warthogs and Scorpins headed towords two small hills,with a third one behind it.Smith tryed his mike...static still. So John decided to wait the fight out and do what he could to help. The fight progressed on and on eventualy the column was on its way again. However John stayed in the area...wanting to take a crack at the Covies. He sighted down his scope on one of the Banshees circling over an area John had seen a sniper shot come from eairlier.

"Lets see if we can save someones life today"...He waited form the next heart beat...Held his breath...CRACK. the shot went straight through the crack in the front of the banshee. "OHH-RAA" He steady his rifle again...Crack...Crack...Crack. Three shots three Bansee's down. John started to climb down the Mountain to go see who he had just saved.
