    Wake Up People ! Microsoft :)

    I am so not surprised in how Microsoft is letting these folks continue the HALO tradition that basically is owned by Microsoft. of course, because behind the curtains things were discussed at different levels. It is obvious that HALO is the world's first, most manipulative game that forces fans to spend their money, even on the Halo books that was full of mistakes in terms of typing errors.
    It is obvious that making this game on the 360, forces not just thousands, no, but hundreds of thousands to buy an XBOX 360, just because of the game. Another obvious reason is, making an RTS game for the 360 only and not for the PC. I mean, sorry but if an RTS game belongs somewhere, than it belongs to a PC and not to a console.

    I don't even mind that this game is made, I agree, the idea is absolutely fantastic (if it follows the story of the books where basically 90% of the Spartan teams get eliminated before even reaching the target), but I think it is mean how once again, the middle class, easily manipulated class will now have to spend lots of money to play that game, which they will, I want to congratulate Microsoft already now.

    Such a confusing post. Almost troll like, but I will bite.

    I am not sure how a non sentient  object like a game can be manipulative.  The game does nothing but provide entertainment.

    Why does a genre of game have to "belong" someplace. A good game is a good game no matter what platform it is on.

    Wow! Wild conspiracy theory alert. Seriously I no one is working to manipulate or "trick" anyone into buying or playing anything. If you want to play Halo 3 or Halo Wars then you buy/rent them and the platform they run on. If you don't want to play or don't want to spend the money, then don't.

    Ok and i guess Nintendo is forcing everyone to buy a Gamecube or Wii because they can only get mario, zelda, star fox and other games for the nintendo system.

    Phili878 what the Frack are you babbling about soldier, grunt got your toungue. No thats not it you are showing the typical PC gamer arrogance/ignorance and lack of respect for others in the general gaming community. You  will never hear me base on the fact that in 2 years people I know with PCs have had to spend hundreds of dollars upgrading their system, or the fact that standard PC's aren't even good enough to play games on, so unless you can build a PC you have to spend money on labor, or get one custom built, no you won't have heard me talk about it till today. My friend spent 5,000 dollars to bulid his PC ad he did it himself, no to mention last year he was constantly upgrading and buying parts.

    Now I am usually level headed, but I will only say this once; Shut your FRACKING mouth and show some respect to your fellow gamers, both PC and consoles have their place. They both have their advantages, and their disadvatages so just chill.

    Shovels down, Shovels up this trench better hold up as " Skull Legion" goes fighting along.

    Sorry about that. I mean, sorry about my incorrect English but if you speak two other languages, and had to learn English afterwards within 2 years, I suppose some spelling errors on my behalf can happen, so once again, sorry for my lack in grammar and about the fact that I speak two other languages fluently. Sorry.

    Ok where are we next? I basically started this post to ..... simply....... explain my point of view. I did not bash anyone, nor talk bad to anyone, and right away I am attacked with harsh comments and insults and whatnot. Really, this is the crap why we have wars and crap like that. Some guy tells something that in other people's view is wrong, but that guy gets insulted and laughed at. An advice for some of you. Depending on what jobs you get in the future you will be forced to participate in a Group Dynamic Psycological Exam. Basically you get a scenario, for example, a Nuke explodes over LA and you happen to be survivors. You have a list of 15 people of different backgrounds and different ages and you will have to sit together and discuss, and AGREE with no voting, all need to AGREE with the for example 4 that are allowed into the bunker to survive and who is to die. This is serious because some of you WILL FAIL that test and your dream job is gone. Just an advice from an Airline Pilot.

    I also don't get why some in here belive that I like PCs more than Consoles. Well, let's agree that RTS games are better for PC ? Well, simply because there are basically almost no RTS games for consoles. Ok, great...now after that being settled, I just want to let you know that I will be one of the people that will buy an X-BOX 360 when Halo Wars comes out because I am a hardcore fan just like you are. So, tonight I'm heading out with a few friends and have a few beers. The first beer I will toast on Microsoft. No joke.

    I am sorry you were offended, but the tone of your original post was such that it implied you were a snobby gamer. So I hope you will accepy my apology, and that we can be Aquaintances, if not friends. Still though you might want to reconsider some of your remarks.

    Microsoft let ensemble do the RTS version of halo because ensemble have had alot of experience with RTS games

    I own a 360.. just for halo 3.. and now, for halo wars. But that is fine with me. If there was no halo, I would be all geard up for the wii (dumbest name ever)

    Pistola.... I know what your saying, ive been waiting to buy the 360 untill halo 3 comes out... however they are releasing awesome games before halo 3.... RSLV is fixen to launch, GoW is.... there are alot of good games coming out for 360. Halo 3 is only another reason to get the system. Plus, If your a true halo gamer... you would'nt care about the cost of the 360.... all you would be worried about is playing halo 3... now stop being ignorant. And by no mean take this post offensive.... it was not meant to be, simply expressing my oppinions.
