I dont know if anyone posted anything like this before since the search is broken. 

Since this will be set about 2 decades before the first Halo game, which human weapons do you expect NOT to see. Necessity is the mother of invention, and when the whole human race starting to be pressed for survival, there would be a lot of money being poured into weapon/war technology reasearch and development.

Im guessing the spartan laser wont be in Halo Wars due to how rare it is in Halo 3 campaign. It was mostly likely very expensive and still experimental so its not widely used. If you dissagree with, go ahead, back it up, but no flaming please.

Gauss  Hog will probably not be in but the rocket  hog from halo for pc might  be.  I agree that the spartan laser will not be in the games but human laser weaponry may be in the game.

Hopefully the flamethrower WILL be in the game, that would make for some great payback. Not sure if many weapons will be cut, because the humans seem to be using the tried and true weapons while investing in high tech weapon systems, like Spartans, and spacial weapon to keep the covies out of the galaxy.

Maybe the covie carbine will be out, or the brute weapons (depends if they are in the game)

Speaking of Spacial weapons, i know noobs are going to flame me for this (Bring it on losers) but in the demo (Yes for gods sake i understand its a demo, unpolished and unfinished!) but the MAC barrage from SoF fired i beieve 4 shots, when a UNSC ship can only fire 1 big shot, or 3 small ones, and teh SoF isn't a really spectacular ship so i doubt it has 2 MAC guns

I've heard that spartans use BRs in the game but who knows its not even close to release yet so we just got to wait.    :(

Time to get off subject. Has anyone heard if brutes are going to be in the game? I dont think I've seen anything on it. I though brutes were in the Covenant pre-Halo 2 but you never saw them.

Of coarse they were.  There is no way that the Covenant conquered a race that is equal if not superior in some ways to Humans in the 20 year gap between HW and teh Halo games.  If Humans can keep the war up for dam near 40 years, so could the Brutes.  I cant remember wat thread it was, but I came up with many concrete reasons why they have been there long before the Human-Covie war began, i believe it was in the Warthog Transformer thread.  Do you understand my logic?

Ya it makes since. Now back to the main topic. I KNOW there will be BRs since it shows it in the trailer. All the marines have them. As for the AR I would guess its in there also.

Actually, the brutes were a tier 4 race before joining with the covenant, so they didn't have very good space tech.
