I can understand where the basis of his argument is from...but he takes that little fact way out of context. The UNSC was 'fascist' until the Covenant attacked in the first place. That forced the UNSC to take over an essentially enforce martial law. He should never had spoken unless he had read all of the books and played through all of the games...
