On average, teching up and not rushing will get you A LOT more points than rushing, plain and simple.
du you get more points per game not rushing.
i average about 2000 with rushing taking like 10 mins and with out rushing its like 5000 for 30mins so i actually get more points per hour rushing.

Most games, if you are rushing you will not get 2000 points. Most rushes end up with like 500-1000. not 2000 :P. and games that last more than 25 mins get you at least 3000 points and in most cases a lot more. Unless you lose of course... :(

1.as long as they dont immediately resign 2000 points is average thanks to the 8.4 multiplier you should get.

(sigh)...You would have to get 238 points x8.4. 238 is a lot of points you would have to accumulate through units because you sure as heck won't get any points from the base because sore losers always self-destruct. How many tanks could someone make in like 5 minutes... 3 or 4? The math doesn't add up. oh im saying 2000 cuz i never play 1v1 i just do 2v2 or 3v3 so its not hard to get 2k to 5k(thats getting a bit extreme but iv done it before, took out all 3 players by my self) points with a rush.

Getting 2k-5k for a 3v3 game when you take out all 3 players does make sense... but it leaves your friends in the dust.

I believe the real thing that needs to be said is who cares? Points in this game are barely related to skill; One can very easily and simply just play alot and eventually accumulate enough points to reach a high rank. It's not uncommon for me to get the least points in a game or the most; what matters is which team is able to come out on top.

for me the best points per min ratio is probably doing gauss spamming against unprepared people. you get 3000-6000 points in 15 min. (ratio=200-400)

a good rush gets my around 1500-2000 for 5-10 min but often its like 300 for 5 min (ratio=150-400 very rare)

a good turtle medium length game is 5000-8000 for 30 min (ratio=170-270)

a good very long game is 5000-12000 for 60 min (ratio=80-200)

turtling until the guy quits is 33600 for 120 min (ratio=360)

deathmatch 3000-5000 for 20 min (150-250)

so gauss spamming is the best way to get points!

you can get 2000 point rushing in a 10 min game or 4000 points in a 20 min game

on average i find my self searching for a game anywhere from 1 min - 5min (includes loading) so ill add 3 min per game

13 min = 2000

26 min = 4000

49 min = 6000

72 min (almost an hour and 1/4) = 8000

23 min = 4000

46 min = 8000

69 min = 12000

see where i am going?
