i think a tech 4 upgrade for elephant should make it into a nuclear silo/launch pad. you will be able to build a nuke from the elephant when it is locked down.

you can launch it like a leader power. you can build only 1 nuke per elephant and if a elephant is jacked with a nuke inside, the enemy gets the nuke.

nuke does 20000 damage with a 30 sec radiation damage of 300dps, the explosion radius is the size of a firebase.

the upgrade would be 1800 and each nuke would be 1000.

the nuke is launched with a mac like aimer and has  a charge time of 5 from launch to landing.

Let the elephant fly....DUMBO, the flying Elephant!!!!
