studmuffin: Ronin 3000: studmuffin: hsi first account he hardly ever lost he didnt even need pratice, even with that many games he still needed to win most his early games and all of his later games to get high on all the leaderboards. He was jsut natrualy good, just like how you were at DM, you didnt even need any pratice with it you just pwned at it without trying and when you faced bettr people you jsut got better then you already were like everyone else but seeing as you already started out good your now a top player.
doped goat didnt even have alot of games played at all he jsut choose arby stuck with im and even playing him 1v1 got 44 TS he was jsut good at this game without trying. Any other game takes atleast some sort of pratice
shooters like cod, halo, and gears take coordination and therefore require time to attain muscle memory. halo wars is more a game about decision-making which can sometimes be a natural skill for some when it comes to rts games.
decision making making is important but what about micro, what about unit knowledge, what about learning BO's, I know when I was a recruit I faced people way better than me and I had to go through trail and error to learn some of these things, the fact that they must have faced good people starting out to, I jsut dont understand why some people play this game so many times that and wont get better where others play like 700 games nad only lose 30. I have about 1000 games played in all and I cant even get past 40 TS, im just dont have that skill you need natruely
maybe they played the hell out of the demo?
i thought i had played the demo a lot, but after getting owned pretty hard in pre-patch PoR mirrors, i realized that there were others who played far more than me. i wish the demo included a reactor hook map though. it wouldve been a big help early on to know why my defense gauntlet jackals were losing to my opponent's beam jackals.
Something Legit:ronin playing standard? LOL
