xNiitr0x: Well the thing is, you can only fit 5 cyclops...if that...on one building anyway.
If you get rushed first you don't resign....just go ahead with the cyclops rush. They'll be forced to recall their units to stop the cyclops. If they leader recall only and keep their units, D-bomb. If they don't recall, cyclops (building killers) kill faster than early unupgraded non-building killers, even if its grenadier hogs or something.
When the recall and travel across the map to stop and kill the cyclops, you'll have more than enough time to get up turrets, vehicle depot, etc.
Against Covenant, this rush is an absolute FAIL. The leader or Brutes or EHG's will just carve them up too fast.
Against UNSC, Warthogs will smash the enemy's Cyclopses, and you can even send a few to the enemy base for fun if you'd like.
And even if, which I do not for one moment believe, you are able to kill my base, you are set back SO far economically. It costs more than a Triple Cutter MAC rush and is equally useless.
