And you have to admit that it's not NEARLY as bad as Anders was before all the TU.  She was indomitable in 1 vs 1 and everything in between.  She could get to Hawks with a fully upgraded Cryo Bomb in no time at all.

If the Arbiter is to be nerfed, it really ought to be a small nerf in very specific ways, such as a 5% or so bump in damage taken from Jackals and Flamers. 

I totally agree. I do think the nerf will be something small like that probably.
