    Veterancy gain is quite slow outside of killing rebel units and bases.  Units killed in Rage mode will contribute an insignificant amount towards his veterancy(literally hundreds of units for a single star).  Enemies must be melee'd to gain veterancy, which is difficult with slow movement, no stun or ability to draw enemies in close range.  And if I remember correctly, Aloysius once stated that the second Rage upgrade will increase the damage he takes.  Is mostly the leader with ALL the covenant glitches(Raging air units over impassable terrain, jumping over a base and into oblivion, suicide grunts will not move).  Rage mode is an anti-unit leader power with little to NO damage to buildings and heavy armor like Scorpions.  Rage jumps are difficult to control, and will sometimes hit a target other than the one you were aiming for, thus making it difficult to accumulate damage to specific units, thus taking more time to kill one.  Controls are sometimes slow and unresponsive, taking a few seconds before moving or jumping.  Rage mode also narrows the line of sight, thus making it impossible to monitor your own units or your teammates.  Rage mode is exceptionally expensive early game, making its use impractical without supply feeds.  Rage is also costly enough mid-game to halt upgrades or unit production if used heavily.  Rage is also EXTREMELY dependant on upgrades and veterancy for its damage, making the Arbiter less threatening until Ghastly Vision, and complete non-factor if the original Arbiter with Veterancy dies to a round of Canisters or some stupid glitch(at least the chieftain can still lockdown powerful units, and PoR will still own with its death beam).

    The Arbiter is also quite useless without Rage.  The melee is somewhat of a joke, as even marines moving in the opposite direction can avoid it. 

    hmm... wow... the arbiter has quite a lot of disadvantages! I wonder why he's almost a MUST have in team games... something just doesn't add up.

    Anyway... doesn't matter... you guys all huffed and puffed when they said they will nerf the PoR speed, and they did anyway... same when they said they will nerf hogs, and they did anyway... and you will all huff and puff again about the arbiter, and guess what they will do anyway? :)

    I like what they've done so far with their patches, this one is no different. Looking forward.
