Anyways, you would have to take a look from Aloysius' shoes to know what  kind of situation he is in.

He is hired specifically for Moderating the forum, therefore he has a supervisor. What would you think would happen to his job? What would happen to corrupt people on the "Moderating Team" that could have been created? 

There was a high risk of corruption, mainly because they were all teens. They simply did not want to take a risk that high.

 

Well you should have seen some of stupid comments he made. And he's only like 23 or 24. Most mods were older than him because he was the youngest to join ES. And then they got fired and ES left and then he still stayed as a mod. When he is my least favorite. I still remember that one smart comment he made about the marines size that made me dislike him from then on.
