This whole arguement is pretty silly.

Tech is something to consider when rushing, not just "My attack was before 3:30, so its a rush"

I however agree with the half rush thing, I think that Banshees can be rushed, but not many of them. In CnC4 i did not consider scorp rush to be a rush.
