On the Brute chopper we have discussed if we want to buff it, but our feeling at the moment is that the Brute Chieftain is quite good as it is and buffing the Brute chopper may well make the leader become over powered.

The brute chopper is not useless as it can still be used early game to bully the other scouts in order to out collect them.

 With that said I will note that we will keep an eye on the brute chopper and also revisit the issue now just to make sure we are not being to conservative.
